A wonderful spot to enjoy a few craft beers with friends in a relaxed atmosphere. My friend and I have been coming here for years to unwind on Friday nights. Christina and Luke are always so accommodating and friendly. Plus, best burgers in the south bay!

The service was great, the bartender was so nice and it was great dive bar vibes! The food had stopped serving before we arrived, but it was a perfect end to an evening of golfing which was only 5 min away. It's a must visit if you're leaving Los Verdes Golf Course!!

What a community gem! Christina rules, Chef Mike makes killer burgers and fries and the drinks are affordable. Lotsa great beers on tap, but they also serve wine. Loved the Cider, too! So cozy and friendly. And you can watch sports if you like them! :)

Tbh is a small gastro pub like place. It has a good number of beer on tap, which is very nice. The smash burger was good, very flavorful. But I was still left wanting something more because they do have fries anymore. That was kind of a bummer. The bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable of the beer. Cool place, definitely a place I want to check in to again.

As a former PV resident, it has always been hard to find a bar in the area, let alone a pub (although Terranea has a virtually local monopoly on bars). So having found one here, I was surprised that it feels like a legit taphouse, with an authentic atmosphere and an excellent selection of rotating beer selections (and several wines, too). I hear the burgers are good. Their flatbreads have a very nice, crispy crust. We come just to relax on the patio and soak in the nice weather. Basically, it's just great beer in the sun without any drama. So I'm becoming a regular. My two gripes: 1. They desperately need more umbrellas on the patio! If you get there in the summer around happy hour, you will roast alive. Bring sunscreen and the widest-brimmed hat you own. 2. Yeah, there are a lot of us old Caucasians here, but the live musicians virtually bleach every song down to the whitest bone. At least some will mix up the selection: One night I heard a band do Croce's "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown" (yawn), but also try their hand at Flock of Seagull's "Space Age Love Song" (bold choice!). Another tried "What a Wonderful World" (yikes) followed by a thin "Come As You Are" by Nirvana (talk about range!). And a third time when I got out of my car, the band of the night was botching the harmonies on CSN's "Teach Your Children" so badly that I got right back into my car and left. Sure, I'm being a bit harsh. But we old, cheerful white people gotta have something to be cranky about from time to time, right? Guess I need a beer...

Enjoyed a West Coast IPA ($10+ with tip). This is a local watering hole which has a nice beer selection, something for everyone, including some food options. If you are taking a driving tour around Palos Verdes, or looking for a watering hole after a bike ride, this spot will do you well. On my Friday afternoon visit, I was served by Christina, who is very 'fit' and a personable server who enhanced my visit. I also like the outside patio area which frequently has someone playing live music. While not cheap, there is a lot to like about the Peninsula Tap House. #CHEERS

A great selection of craft beer on tap. It varies so check the board for availability It's a small business, not a huge chain. I like that in a pub. I went to watch the superbowl with my kid and his buddies and we had a great time with the various appetizers (and beer). So, today, I decided to try a burger. The bbq burger was actually really good. Ok, it's super messy and you'll need to wash your hands when done but I was very pleasantly surprised. You get a bag of chips (crisps if you're English) with it. I think I'd prefer to have some French fries but I get that adding a deep fryer is probably a pain Sat outside in the gorgeous weather of PV. If you're looking for a chill place in a fantastic part of town with great beer - this is for you. In the mood for pub food. This is for you. Want other types of food- poke and a seafood supermarket are literally next door. Grab a plate of oyster or some poke and wash it down with some good beer
